Brianna Noelle Photography recently teamed up with Borrowed and Blue, a locally-focused online wedding resource, to give couples everything they need to know about our photography services.

Here’s our Q&A with Borrowed & Blue:

  1. How would you describe your aesthetic? I just adore seeing the connection my clients have and the love they express on their wedding day. Clean, simple beautiful raw emotion.

  1. What is your favorite moment to photograph at a wedding? The first look when the couples eyes meet from down the aisle as they walk towards their future.

  1. What are some of the most photogenic spots for engagement shoots?  I’ve found that preserves and open spaces make for some of the best engagement shots. Where the background is beautiful but the attention is on the in love couple.
  1. Where else do you love to photograph? I chase the light. Some of my favorite locations are deserted places where people find it hard to find it beautiful, but the light just soaks the dead grass and provides for the perfect creamy dreamy back light.
  2. What’s your favorite photograph you’ve ever taken? My favorite photo was this one, I love the emotion between my clients and the light creeping behind the hill
  3. BN1_1076What’s your favorite out of all the San Francisco wedding venues to shoot at? Believe it or not, city hall. The light is absolutely to die for, and the buildings rich architectural accents make for the best photos.  SF City Hall wedding
  4. What is the first thing you ask couples when they approach you? How did they meet. I love to know their love story so I can curate their photos and focus on what’s important to them
  5. What’s the biggest mistake the couples make when choosing their photographer? Searching for the “best deal” not finding an artist who can bring their story to life in photographs.
  6. What makes you different from other wedding photographers? I do what I can to make the day as smooth and fun as possible. I know it can be awkward standing in front of a camera all day, but most of the time you won’t know I’m there and I can capture the true raw events of the day.

  1. What tips do you have for couples who have never been photographed before? Take a breath and relax. I more nature and comfortable you are, the more natural the posing will be.
